Life on Brush Creek
by Helen Dice
This first-person account by a ranch wife is the story of the challenges and grueling work that was a daily part of operating a ranch in the 1930s through the 1950s. Dice’s words also reveal her love of the mountain valley near Eagle.
The Eagle County Historical Society is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to educate Eagle County residents and visitors about Eagle County’s rich history.
